I have many years of experience supporting clients through fertility and pre-conception, alongside my own lived experience of endometriosis and more than six years of fertility treatment.
What to Expect
Your first appointment gives us time to talk properly about where you are, your general wellbeing, relevant menstrual history, any investigations or medical treatment and the kind of complementary support you are looking for.
From there, we decide together what feels appropriate for you.
You may choose individual Clinical Reflexology appointments or the six-week Footsteps to Fertility pathway.
Fertility Reflexology
Clinical Reflexology is at the heart of much of my fertility work.
Your treatment is personalised around you and can be adapted to your individual circumstances, including different stages of your menstrual cycle or assisted-conception pathway where appropriate.
Clinical Reflexology — 60 minutes — £45
Includes consultation and your personalised treatment.
Footsteps to Fertility
A six-week pathway for those who would like more continuity and support.
Footsteps to Fertility combines personalised Clinical Reflexology with your Footsteps to Fertility booklet, giving us time across six weeks to support your wider wellbeing and adapt your complementary care as your circumstances change.
Where appropriate, Hummingbird oils, preparations or other supportive resources may also be included as part of your individual pathway.

Six Weekly Appointments — £45 Per Appointment
IVF & Assisted Conception
Hummingbird also welcomes clients undergoing IVF and other assisted-conception pathways, including ICSI, IUI and donor treatment.
We will consider where you are within your treatment pathway, any medication you are taking and guidance from your fertility team when deciding what complementary support is appropriate.
Hummingbird's fertility support is complementary. It does not replace medical fertility care or promise a particular fertility outcome.
