Settle into The Sanctuary, explore scent and the Apothecary, and allow yourself time to arrive before your treatment begins. Depending on your chosen experience, your visit may include personalised aromatherapy, sound, crystals, guided ritual or something from the garden and Apothecary.
There is no need to know exactly what you need before you arrive. We can explore that together.

An individually tailored restorative ritual combining Ayurvedic-inspired therapeutic touch, personalised aromatherapy, Reiki, sound and crystal therapy to create a deeply relaxing and immersive Sanctuary experience.
Your experience continues beyond The Sanctuary. You will take home a crystal selected to complement your chosen Living Apothecary House, together with a guided ritual to continue your Restore & Reconnect experience at home.
The 90-minute experience also includes the creation of your own personalised crystal grid, centred around your chosen House and intention, with time to experience the grid within your treatment and a simple guided practice to continue at home. Your take-home House crystal forms the centre of your Sanctuary grid, creating a connection between your treatment and your ritual at home.
