Elixir at The Sanctuary is a twelve month guided wellbeing journey experienced here at Hummingbird Holistics®, within The Living Apothecary itself.
Across the seasons, you'll join me for immersive workshops combining botanical learning, practical making, personal guidance and time to explore your own wellbeing — surrounded by the herbs, scents, materials and spaces that inspired Elixir.
Your journey begins with your own Apothecary Field Kit, carefully prepared for you and designed to accompany you throughout your apprenticeship.
This isn't a course designed simply to be taught.
It is an experience to step inside.
To wander through the Apothecary. To smell the botanicals. To make with your hands. To ask questions. To experiment. reflect. And gradually to build your own relationship with the plants, practices and seasonal rhythms you encounter along the way.
As your six-month journey unfolds, each workshop builds upon the last, allowing your knowledge, curiosity and personal Apothecary practice to grow with you.
Your apprenticeship concludes with an Immersion Experience at The Sanctuary — bringing together everything you have explored, made and discovered throughout your Elixir journey.
